Maintenance Update May 2022
See below some of the work completed by the MLN maintenance team during May 2022.
Note: we continuously add more updates during the month, with the latest updates at the top of the page.
Below (3 pictures) shows a pipe that was buried (pic 1), but leaking water. The team dug around the pipe (pic 2) and fitted a new fixture to stop the water leak (pic 3). This is what caused some residents to loose water on May 30th.

Below (3 pictures) shows some cleaning up around the top pool area now the building works are complete.

Below (1 pictures) shows the maintenance team overseeing the emptying of a residents septic tank.

Below (5 pictures) shows some hedge trimming, pruning, and general gardening in the entrance road before the Carob Bar Av. Diamante.

Below (2 pictures) show the maintenance team removing the gates at the top of MLN as it is now community land as part of the top pool association.

Below (3 pictures) show the maintenance team cutting the grass, cleaning, and putting out the sun loungers at the top and bottom pools.

Below (2 pictures) show an example of "before and after" cleaning up the "Calima" sand rain in communal areas. This work is ongoing alongside other duties.
