Maintenance update April 2023

See below some of the work completed by the MLN maintenance team during April 2023.

The new markings in the parking spaces are taking shape. This will allow us to maximize the number of available parking spaces as well reduce the number of occurrences when people park their vehicles disrespectfully, making parking more difficult for everybody else.

The Unfortunately, we're having more and more occasions of wild boar visiting us. They do like to unearth our garden areas, so the boys will have a job on their hands both to repair the damage, but also to secure the area with stronger fencing.

The boys continue their schedule of painting those areas that have suffered degradation, either from water damage or just regular wear and tear. It's by keeping an eye on the small details that we can keep the urbanization the clean and tidy place we all want it to be.
