Maintenance Update July 2022
See below some of the work completed by the MLN maintenance team during July 2022.
Note: we continuously add more updates during the month, with the latest updates at the top of the page.
Whenever we have a windy evening, it causes a lot of work for the maintenance team to clear the pool and surrounding areas of debris from the surrounding trees!

Trim for a Carob tree that was causing problems with the telephone lines!

One of the points raised at the 2022 AGM was to provide shade at the lower pool since the main tree providing shade was cut back. Below pictures show the maintenance team installing the new shade umbrellas. They have been set in concrete to avoid problems in the windy season!

The picture below shows the maintenance team making repairs to the sun loungers. Several sun loungers they could not repair & on one, somebody had removed un-replaceable parts (we presume to fix a sun lounger at home). This means some now need to be replaced. Please be careful with the sun loungers; they are a community asset.
