0.4. Suplantar o intentar suplantar al Comité de MLN, a un empleado de MLN, a otro usuario o a cualquier otra persona o entidad.
0.5. De cualquier manera que infrinja los derechos de otros, o de cualquier manera que sea ilegal, amenazante, fraudulenta o dañina, o en conexión con cualquier propósito o actividad ilegal, fraudulenta o dañina.
0.6. Participar en cualquier otra conducta que restrinja o inhiba el uso o disfrute del Servicio por parte de cualquier persona, o que, según determinemos, pueda perjudicar u ofender a los usuarios del Servicio o exponerlos a responsabilidades.
Además, usted se compromete a no:
0.1. Utilizar el Servicio de cualquier manera que pueda deshabilitar, sobrecargar, dañar o perjudicar el Servicio o interferir con el uso del Servicio por parte de cualquier otra persona, incluyendo su capacidad para participar en actividades en tiempo real a través del Servicio.

0.5. Introducir virus, troyanos, gusanos, bombas lógicas u otro material malicioso o tecnológicamente perjudicial.
0.6. Intentar obtener acceso no autorizado, interferir, dañar o interrumpir cualquier parte del Servicio, el servidor en el que se almacena el Servicio o cualquier servidor, ordenador o base de datos conectados al Servicio.
0.7. Atacar el Servicio mediante un ataque de denegación de servicio o un ataque de denegación de servicio distribuido.
0.8. Realizar cualquier acción que pueda dañar o falsificar la información.
0.9. Intentar interferir de otro modo en el buen funcionamiento del Servicio.
1.0. A cada autorizado se le puede asignar una contraseña. Sólo los usuarios autorizados identificados podrán utilizar la contraseña asignada. El hecho de compartir una contraseña constituye una violación del presente Acuerdo, por lo que podremos rescindirlo inmediatamente y solicitar asesoramiento jurídico tanto al titular de la contraseña como al usuario no autorizado.
4. Análisis
Podemos utilizar proveedores de servicios de terceros para supervisar y analizar el uso del Servicio.
5. Prohibición de uso por parte de menores de edad
El Servicio está destinado únicamente al acceso y uso por parte de personas mayores de dieciocho (18) años. Al acceder o utilizar el Servicio, usted garantiza y declara que tiene al menos dieciocho (18) años de edad y que tiene plena autoridad, derecho y capacidad para celebrar este acuerdo y cumplir con todos los términos y condiciones de las Condiciones. Si no tiene al menos dieciocho (18) años, se le prohíbe tanto el acceso como el uso del Servicio.

El Servicio y su contenido original (excluyendo el Contenido proporcionado por los usuarios), las características y la funcionalidad son y seguirán siendo propiedad exclusiva de la comunidad de Mijas La Nueva, gestionada por el Comité elegido de Mijas La Nueva.

Respetamos los derechos de propiedad intelectual de los demás. Nuestra política es responder a cualquier reclamación de que el Contenido publicado en el Servicio infringe los derechos de autor u otros derechos de propiedad intelectual ("Infracción") de cualquier persona o entidad.

No garantizamos las ofertas de ninguna de estas entidades/personas o sus sitios web.

MLN RECHAZA POR LA PRESENTE TODAS LAS GARANTÍAS DE CUALQUIER TIPO, YA SEAN EXPRESAS O IMPLÍCITAS, LEGALES O DE OTRO TIPO, INCLUIDAS, ENTRE OTRAS, LAS GARANTÍAS DE COMERCIABILIDAD, DE NO INFRACCIÓN Y DE IDONEIDAD PARA UN FIN DETERMINADO. LO ANTERIOR NO AFECTA A NINGUNA GARANTÍA QUE NO PUEDA EXCLUIRSE O LIMITARSE EN VIRTUD DE LA LEGISLACIÓN APLICABLE.
11. Limitación de la responsabilidad
SALVO QUE LO PROHÍBA LA LEY, USTED EXIMIRÁ A MLN COMMITTEE AND COMMUNITY DE CUALQUIER DAÑO INDIRECTO, PUNITIVO, ESPECIAL, INCIDENTAL O CONSECUENTE, SEA CUAL SEA SU ORIGEN (INCLUIDOS LOS HONORARIOS DE LOS ABOGADOS Y TODOS LOS COSTES Y GASTOS RELACIONADOS CON EL LITIGIO Y EL ARBITRAJE, O CON EL JUICIO O LA APELACIÓN, SI LOS HUBIERA, TANTO SI SE ENTABLA UN LITIGIO O UN ARBITRAJE COMO SI NO), YA SEA EN UNA ACCIÓN DE CONTRATO, NEGLIGENCIA U OTRA ACCIÓN, O QUE SURJA DE O EN RELACIÓN CON ESTE ACUERDO, INCLUYENDO SIN LIMITACIÓN CUALQUIER RECLAMACIÓN POR LESIONES PERSONALES O DAÑOS A LA PROPIEDAD, QUE SURJA DE ESTE ACUERDO Y CUALQUIER VIOLACIÓN POR SU PARTE DE CUALQUIER LEY, ESTATUTO, NORMA O REGLAMENTO, INCLUSO SI MLN HA SIDO PREVIAMENTE ADVERTIDO DE LA POSIBILIDAD DE TALES DAÑOS. SALVO QUE LA LEY LO PROHÍBA, SI SE ENCUENTRA UNA RESPONSABILIDAD POR PARTE DE MLN, ÉSTA SE LIMITARÁ A LA CANTIDAD PAGADA POR LOS PRODUCTOS Y/O SERVICIOS, Y BAJO NINGUNA CIRCUNSTANCIA HABRÁ DAÑOS CONSECUENTES O PUNITIVOS.
12. Terminación
Podemos terminar o suspender su cuenta y prohibir el acceso al Servicio inmediatamente, sin previo aviso o responsabilidad, bajo nuestra única discreción, por cualquier razón y sin limitación, incluyendo pero no limitado a un incumplimiento de los Términos. Si desea cancelar su cuenta, puede simplemente dejar de utilizar el Servicio. Todas las disposiciones de los Términos que por su naturaleza deban sobrevivir a la terminación, sobrevivirán a la terminación, incluyendo, sin limitación, las disposiciones de propiedad, renuncias de garantía, indemnización y limitaciones de responsabilidad.
13. Ley aplicable
Estas Condiciones se regirán e interpretarán de acuerdo con las leyes de España, cuya legislación se aplica al acuerdo sin tener en cuenta su conflicto de disposiciones legales.
El hecho de que no hagamos valer cualquier derecho o disposición de estas Condiciones no se considerará una renuncia a esos derechos. Si alguna de las disposiciones de estas Condiciones es considerada inválida o inaplicable por un tribunal, el resto de las disposiciones de estas Condiciones seguirán en vigor. Estos Términos constituyen el acuerdo completo entre nosotros con respecto a nuestro Servicio y sustituyen y reemplazan cualquier acuerdo anterior que hayamos tenido entre nosotros con respecto al Servicio.

Si alguna disposición de los Términos es considerada por una corte u otro tribunal de jurisdicción competente como inválida, ilegal o inaplicable por cualquier razón, dicha disposición será eliminada o limitada en la medida mínima, de tal manera que las restantes disposiciones de los Términos continuarán en pleno vigor y efecto.
17. Reconocimiento
AL UTILIZAR EL SERVICIO U OTROS SERVICIOS PROPORCIONADOS POR NOSOTROS, USTED RECONOCE QUE HA LEÍDO ESTAS CONDICIONES DE SERVICIO Y ACEPTA QUEDAR OBLIGADO POR ELLAS.

0.5. In any way that infringes upon the rights of others, or in any way is illegal, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose or activity.
0.6. To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of Service, or which, as determined by us, may harm or offend users of Service or expose them to liability.
Additionally, you agree not to:
0.1. Use Service in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair Service or interfere with any other party’s use of Service, including their ability to engage in real time activities through Service.

1.0. Each authorised may be assigned a password. Only the identified authorised users may use their assigned password. Sharing a password is a violation of this Agreement for which we may immediately terminate this Agreement and seek legal advice against both the password holder and unauthorised user.
4. Analytics
We may use third-party Service Providers to monitor and analyse the use of the Service.
5. No Use By Minors
Service is intended only for access and use by individuals at least eighteen (18) years old. By accessing or using Service, you warrant and represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and with the full authority, right, and capacity to enter into this agreement and abide by all of the terms and conditions of Terms. Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Mijas La Nueva community, managed by the Mijas La Nueva elected Committee.

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. It is our policy to respond to any claim that Content posted on Service infringes on the copyright or other intellectual property rights (“Infringement”) of any person or entity.
If you are a copyright owner, or authorised on behalf of one, and you believe that the copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please submit your claim via email to urbmijaslanueva@hotmail.es, with the subject line: “Copyright Infringement” and include in your claim a detailed description of the alleged Infringement.

EXCEPT AS PROHIBITED BY LAW, IF THERE IS LIABILITY FOUND ON THE PART OF MLN, IT WILL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE PRODUCTS AND/OR SERVICES, AND UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL THERE BE CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of Terms. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using Service.
