Maintenance Upate June 2022
See below some of the work completed by the MLN maintenance team during June 2022.
Note: we continuously add more updates during the month, with the latest updates at the top of the page.
The before and after pictures below show the area next to the farm. It contained dead plants and scrub, which was cleared ready for replanting in the planting season.

The below video shows a small water leak, and the photos show how the maintenance team sourced the parts and fixed the leak themselves out of hours, saving the community an expensive call-out charge!

The bottom pool toilets were repainted as painting season continues!

Isaac making some metal repairs to allow the gates to open and close properly around the bottom pool.

Below pictures show some lighting problems that required some electrical work and repairs

The top pool toilets were repainted along with various other areas. Painting will continue around MLN during the summer months.

Below pictures show some general "tidy up" of communal areas. Weeding & trimming etc.

Below pictures show the new irrigation system added near the community office. More irrigation was also added to help the trees hiding the sewage plant along the entrance.

Below are some before and after pictures of the maintenance team repairing broken tiles on steps, and dangerous manhole covers

The pictures below show a broken wall. The maintenance team repaired the wall without having to pay for an external specialist.

The pictures below show broken tiles on the seating area at the bottom pool. The maintenance team replaced the tiles.

The pictures below show a broken hinge on an electricity cabinet. Isaac used welding equipment to repair the hinge.

The pictures below show a water leak. The maintenance team had to cut a channel to expose the pipe, repair it and then do cosmetic work to bury it again.

The four pictures below show some landscaping, re-planting, and installation of a new irrigation system for the homes just off C.Tramo de Union.

The below pictures show further uplighting installed in various areas around MLN after already being successfully added to the MLN entrance. The lighting highlights some of our beautiful trees and gives additional nighttime lighting.
