MAINTENANCE UPDATE AUGUST 2024

With the recent water leaks now seemingly under control (fingers crossed), the MLN maintenance team has been hard at work throughout the hot August days to keep our beautiful urbanisation in top condition.  The team has meticulously repainted the extensive white edging around the community, covering every centimetre with care. They’ve also replaced streetlight bulbs to ensure our streets remain well-lit, kept our gardens looking beautiful, maintained both pools (including addressing a noisy pump issue), and even handled the less visible but essential tasks like managing sewage tanks. Thanks to their dedication, we and our guests can fully enjoy the pristine surroundings and the beautiful waters of our pools.

In addition, the team has put the finishing touches on the mailboxes, ensuring they are not only functional but also fit in seamlessly with the overall aesthetics of our community.
