MAINTENANCE UPDATE JANUARY 2025

Over January, several maintenance activities were carried out to improve the safety and convenience in MLN.

Tree Maintenance: A number of dead tress were removed to enhance safety and keep our green space well-maintained.

New Post Box - A post box has been installed for easier mail collection.

Improved lighting - Lights are being added along the staircase to improve visibility and security, making walking around our beautiful urbanisation safer.

It’s also worth highlighting that our maintenance team frequently goes above and beyond, often helping out on their days off to ensure the smooth running of the urbanisation. Their willingness to always lend a hand is a true testament to their dedication to our community.
