MAINTENANCE UPDATE MARCH 2025

As we step into the warmer months, our wonderful maintenance team are making sure everything is in top shape for you to enjoy! Here’s what they've been working on this month.

New House Number Signs – They installed fresh, clear house number signs at the MLN entrance to improve visibility and make it easier for visitors and deliveries to find your home.

Pool Season Preparation – They are getting the pools summer-ready! The top pool is now open and waiting for you to take a refreshing dip. The bottom pool will remain closed for a few more weeks to allow the new grass to fully embed and thrive. We’re also ensuring all door locks are in working order for safety and convenience.

Lush Gardens & Olive Trees – Our team is dedicated to keeping the communal gardens looking beautiful, from well-manicured lawns to flourishing plants. The stunning olive trees that define our urbanisation continue to be well cared for, adding to the charm of our shared spaces.
