MAINTENANCE UPDATE DECEMBER 2024

As the year comes to a close, we would like to take a moment to update you on the maintenance work carried out in December and express our gratitude for the efforts of our exceptional maintenance team. 

This month, the team has been managing a significant water leak on Diamanté Avenue. The repair work is ongoing, and we want to acknowledge Isaac and his team for their tireless efforts. They have worked all hours and across the week to address this issue, and we are incredibly fortunate to have such a skilled and committed team on hand.

Several dead trees that posed a risk of falling and damaging cables have been safely removed. This proactive work was crucial in preventing potential hazards and maintaining the safety of our urbanisation.

The potholes in the drive and parking area near the tennis court and lower pool have been tarred and repaired. This improvement ensures safer and smoother access for all residents and visitors.

As always, the team has continued their diligent efforts to keep our urbanisation clean, tidy, and well-maintained. Their work ensures that our community remains a beautiful and welcoming place for everyone.

It’s also worth highlighting that our maintenance team frequently goes above and beyond, often helping out on their days off to ensure the smooth running of the urbanisation. Their willingness to always lend a hand is a true testament to their dedication to our community.
