With autumn here, our maintenance team is busy preparing the pool area for the winter months. Umbrellas have been stored away, pool loungers have been reduced, and with water restrictions back in place, the pools will not be refilled until further notice.

This month, the team have focused on the garden areas around the urbanisation. Several overgrown and unsightly trees were pruned, helping keep our community both beautiful and safe. (Take a look at the photos below—though a heads up if you’re afraid of heights! 😊)

Additional updates this month include several essential fixes:

•   Repaired a broken street light

•   Fixed a faulty gate

•   Addressed a noisy pool pump

•   Installed a bulletin board for community notices

•   Replaced a broken water pipe handle

Many of these small fixes often go unnoticed, but they’re all part of our efforts to keep our urbanisation pristine.

A reminder for owners with private swimming pools: due to ongoing drought restrictions, private pools cannot be filled with community water.

Thank you for your understanding and support as we work to maintain our beautiful community.
