Maintenance Update October 2022

See below some of the work completed by the MLN maintenance team during October 2022. 

Note: we continuously add more updates during the month, with the latest updates at the top of the page.

The maintenance team are building a new hut at the bottom pool. This is a much needed storage area to house maintenance equipment and the pool furniture during winter. The maintenance team are doing more "in-house" work (such as building this storage shed) and as such need to store more equipment. (This build is on-going)

The maintenance team have been dealing with a massive root problem that was collapsing a communal wall. Despite a number of repairs it was starting to impact the water services and required a major repair and rebuild. This work is on-going.

Another sewage problem that needed unblocking

Basura's have now been numbered for easy identification, residents can report the Basura number if you identify a problem eg. it was not emptied!
